- Minimum language proficiency in English or French equal to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4
- Post-secondary level education or training with a duration of at least one year

Nova Scotia Nominee Program
Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP) gives an opportunity to candidates without a job offer to migrate to Canada, provided they meet the following requirements:
- The candidate’s age must be between 18 and 49
- They must meet the minimum language requirements
- They must have work experience of at least one year in the designated field
- Education qualification must be equal to Canadian diploma or certification
- They must demonstrate intention to live and work in Nova Scotia
