Canada Permanent Residency via Provincial Nominee Program

Issuing invitations for permanent residency is the exclusive domain of the federal government. A provincial nomination may, however, fast-track the total time taken to receive an invitation to apply for Canada Permanent Residency.

Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) issues provincial nominations to eligible skilled workers under its famous Human Capital Priorities stream. The Ontario PNP draw also invites candidates already registered in the federal pool under its Tech draw.

Those with provincial nominations like the one from Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream or Ontario Tech Draw or any other stream will get preferential treatment to obtain Canada permanent residency.

The inclusion of additional 600 CRS points makes the entire process of applying for Canada PR through Canada Express Entry even simpler.
