The provincial nominee program targets for this year is 61,000 new nominees whereas, for the year 2021, it has been set to 71,300. The Provincial Nominee Program, brought into existence during the year 1998 allows the Canadian provinces which participate to nominate candidates from the Express Entry Pool to obtain a Canadian PR.
