Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) ends April 2023 with another all-program Express Entry draw. April 26 draw resulted in 3,500 invitations to apply (ITA) for Canadian permanent residence (PR).
The latest Express Entry draw on April 26 had lower qualifying score points than the previous all-program Express Entry draw. The latest round of invitations is the sixth all-program Express Entry in 2023 and the eleventh overall.
Canada considered all the newly registered profiles in the federal pool, keeping the tie-breaker cut-off date close to April 22, 2023. The tie-break rule is beneficial in cases where two or more candidates end up with the same CRS score.
