The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is stepping up its efforts to attract skilled professionals in 2024. On March 21, Ontario issued 2,281 targeted notifications of interest to potential candidates who may qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream.
This Express Entry draw targeted profiles with CRS scores between 468 and 480.
Candidates who have listed any of the below occupations as the Primary NOC in the Express Entry profile were considered for this draw .

- NOC 21211 – Data Scientists
- NOC 21220 – Cyber Security specialists
- NOC 21221 – Business systems specialists
- NOC 21222 – Information systems specialists
- NOC 21223 – Database analysts and data administrators
- NOC 21230 – Computer systems developers and programmers
- NOC 21231 – Software engineers and designers
- NOC 21232 – Software developers and programmers
- NOC 21233 – Web designers
- NOC 21234 – Web developers and programmers
- NOC 21311 – Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)
- NOC 22220 – Computer network technicians
- NOC 22221 – User support technicians
- NOC 22222 – Information systems testing technicians
