    New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NB PNP)

    The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program is actuated by the New Brunswick Provincial government along with the Canadian federal government.     1. New Brunswick Express Entry Stream

    The New Brunswick Express Entry stream is for aspirants who already have a profile in Express Entry that is related to New Brunswick. The eligibility criteria that you must meet when applying through this stream are:

    • You should have a minimum score of CLB 7 on all language skills.
    • Your education should be corresponding to the Canadian high school diploma.

    • You should have enrolled in a post-secondary program in New Brunswick or graduated in the last 6 months and remain residing and finding jobs in NB.

    If you’re a PGWP holder who graduated outside New Brunswick, you’re open to applying for the NB Express Entry stream or only if you have been offered a job under the NOC that is relevant to your field of study.

    2. New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream

    To apply through the New Brunswick Skilled Worker stream, you will need a full-time permanent job offer from a New Brunswick employer. The occupations that come under NOC 0, A, and B are eligible to apply.

    This stream follows a list of eligibility criteria such as:

    • You should be between 19 to 55 years old.
    • You should score at least 60 points out of 100 on the selection factors for this stream.
    • You must have received a full-time job offer under NOC TEER 0, 1, or 2 (high-skilled), NOC TEER 3 (semi-skilled), NOC TEER 4, or 5 (low-skilled).
    • You will require at least a year of work experience in the last 5 years under a relevant NOC.

    International graduates do not require work experience.

    • Your education should be corresponding to the Canadian high school diploma.
    • You should have a minimum score of CLB 4 on all language skills.
    • You should illustrate a legitimate connection to New Brunswick such as a purpose to study, work, visit friends, etc.
    • You should have an employer who is ready to support the nomination and illustrate legit labor shortages.

    3. New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream for Truck Drivers

    This stream recruits highly skilled truck drivers. The NBPNP has accelerated a new way in particular to NOC 73300: Transport Truck Driver. The transportation field of New Brunswick intends to pick qualified truck drivers. The criteria for this stream are:

    • You should have a New Brunswick license.
    • You should have at least 2 years of work experience in NOC 73300 with a minimum of 6 months of continuous employment in New Brunswick.
    • You should be a transport truck driver in the past 5 years.

    • You should be between 19 to 55 years of age.
    • You should have pursued minimum education corresponding to a Canadian High School diploma.
    • You should be financially sufficient and support your family while living in New Brunswick.
    • You should submit a feasible settlement plan.
    • You should be genuinely connected to New Brunswick either through an invitation from New Brunswick’s province, an exploratory visit, or a job offer under NOC TEER 0 to 5.
    • You should score at least 5 in NCLC in all four French language tests.
    • Your score should be a minimum of 65 on the selection grid.

    5. Business Immigration Stream

    This entrepreneur stream offers an opportunity for adroit entrepreneurs who plan to establish a business while living in New Brunswick. If you’re one among those who wish to apply through this stream, you will be evaluated against the points grid and will be invited to apply. This stream follows eligibility criteria for the applicant and the business.

    • You should be between 21 to 59 years of age.
    • You should at least score 65 points on the selection criteria.
    • Your CLB score should be 5 on a legit language test.
    • You should possess a minimum personal net worth of CAD 500,000.
    • You should have pursued minimum education corresponding to a Canadian High School diploma.
    • Your investment in the business should be at least CAD$150,000.
    • In 5 years you should at least have 3 years of work experience as a business owner or a senior manager.

    Likewise, the eligibility criteria for business are:

    • You must offer at least 1 job to a Canadian who is not related to you.
    • Your business should function consecutively for 12 months as a minimum to receive a nomination.
    • Your business could be a new unit or taking over an existing unit.
    • You must own at least ⅓ of the business and operate actively daily.
    • If you’re taking over an existing business, It must be owned by the same regulation followed for the past 3 years and establish a net profit for at least 2 out of 3 years.
