As each Canadian province has its Provincial Nominee Program, Newfoundland and Labrador has one too, the NL PNP! This is an expedited program that allows the individuals who possess skills and experience required by the province to migrate to Canada. The island of Newfoundland and the connected Labrador form the two separate land masses that make up the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Due to the expansion of the energy and natural resources industries, the province has recently emerged as a significant economic power in Canada.
