- have a minimum CRS score of 300.

Saskatchewan Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand
Not all immigration streams under Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) require interested candidates to have a job offer before applying. Canadian Immigration without a job offer under SINP is possible through these two provincial nomination streams:
- Saskatchewan Express Entry-linked stream: requires you to have an active profile in the federal Express Entry system in order to apply.

Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream

The provincial government gives more weightage to candidates with a master’s or Ph.D. degree in the following natural, applied, or health sciences programs:
- agriculture;
- biological and biomedical sciences;
