4 . A valid work permit or eligibility to obtain one.

6 . Intention to live and work in Newfoundland and Labrador.

7 . You must have sufficient funds for you and your dependent family members to settle down in Newfoundland and Labrador.

8. Required level of language proficiency.

2. Skilled Worker Category

The Newfoundland and Labrador PNP’s Skilled Worker Category is aimed at people who are either employed in the province with a valid work permit or who have received a guaranteed job offer. If you’re applying for the skilled worker category, you must possess the necessary experience to be considered for the Newfoundland and Labrador PNP’s skilled worker category. You must have the intention to settle in the province and prove your financial sufficiency. To add on, you must also prove that the employer’s organization needs your particular skill set.

Eligibility Criteria

The following contains the eligibility requirements for the Skilled Worker category for NLPNP.

1 . A full-time, permanent job offer from a company in Newfoundland and Labrador.

2 . The employment offer must abide by the wage and service regulations in the province.

3 . The credentials, instructions, and documentation are required to carry out the duties associated with the profession.

4 . The ability to obtain or the possession of a work permit issued by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). If you already have a work permit, it must be valid at the time of application for a minimum of six months.

5 . State your intention of living and working in Newfoundland and Labrador.

6 . Possess sufficient funds to establish a permanent residence in Newfoundland and Labrador with your dependent family members.

7 . Demonstrate that the foreign worker’s skills are essential to the expansion of his company.

8. The results of the language test demonstrate if you are proficient in the language needed to carry out your duties.

3. International Graduate Category

If you’re an international student who completed your education at one of Canada’s accredited postsecondary institutions, you can apply for a provincial nomination in Newfoundland and Labrador. You must first meet the requirements mentioned below.

Eligibility Criteria for Newfoundland and Labrador PNP

1 . You must have graduated from an eligible Canadian post-secondary institution.

2 . You should be residing in Canada on a post-graduate work permit.
